  I owned an investment property in Yulee (“owned” means it sold!...yeah!), but I live in Lakeland, Florida.  I am a licensed real estate broker-associate and I know the difference between a good agent and an exceptional agent.  Arnie Zetterower stood out as an exceptional agent.

Due to the market, I decided to explore the option of a short-sale.  At the time, this was a fairly new concept for me and for Arnie.  But that didn’t intimidate him at all.  Instead he carefully researched the process and worked very closely with the lender on my behalf, alleviating a lot of stress from me.  I would say he is now very well experienced in short sales.

Additionally, since I live so far away, he organized with local carpet cleaners, lawn maintenance, and a cleaning service to get the home ready to show.  He then marketed the property so well that we, surprisingly, had multiple offers.
